Refund Policy for Cartiers Aquatic Maintenance LLC

At Cartiers Aquatic Maintenance LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide the highest quality pool service, renovation, repair, and aquatic related services.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Service Refunds

  •   Completed Services: Once a pool related service has been performed (including cleaning, chemical treatment, repair, inspections, or maintenance), refunds are generally not available, as the work and materials have already been provided.

  •   Cancellations: Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment time for a full refund or service credit.

  •   Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.

  •   Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid service packages (monthly or seasonal plans) will be prorated based on the number of services already rendered, minus any applicable fees.

Products & Equipment

  •   Defective Products: If equipment or products purchased through Cartiers Aquatic Maintenance
    LLC are defective, customers may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase.

  •   Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders, special equipment, or chemicals cannot be returned once delivered or opened.

Refund Processing

  •   Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  •   In some cases, refunds may be offered in the form of a service credit for future use, at the discretion of Cartiers Aquatic Maintenance LLC.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Florida or the United States. Cartiers Aquatic Maintenance LL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding services or products beyond what is explicitly stated in written agreements.
