A: Residential and commercial pool maintenance, repairs, and renovations, including weekly cleaning, equipment diagnostics, leak checks, tile & surface work, automation upgrades, salt systems, heaters, lighting, and above-ground spa care.

A: Yes-salt systems are fully supported. We inspect cells, adjust output, and balance water for bather comfort and equipment longevity.

A: Weekly service with:

• Skim, brush, and vacuum (as needed)

• Empty skimmer/pump/leaf canister baskets

• Test & balance water (chlorine/salt, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer; calcium as needed)

• Backwash/clean filter as scheduled

• Quick equipment health check

• Standard chemicals included (routine sanitizer, pH/alkalinity adjusters, stabilizer)

A: Non-routine chemicals and events (e.g., major algae remediation, metal/stain treatments, enzyme clarifiers, phosphate removers), storm debris clean-ups, repairs/parts, and filter deep-cleans beyond the normal schedule. We'll always quote first-no surprises.

A: Pricing assumes a standard residential pool in serviceable condition. Very large pools, heavy tree debris, or neglected/green pools may require an adjusted rate or a one-time recovery.

A: Once per week on a set service day. Heavy rain, storms, or holidays may shift by a day-we'll notify you.

A: Nope. Please ensure unlocked side-gate access and that pets are secured.

A: We work in light rain. Lightning or severe

weather = safety delay. We'll reschedule ASAP.

A: For normal imbalances, 24-48 hours. For green pools or post-storm recovery, 2-7 days with a recovery plan.

A: Yes. We diagnose the cause (low chlorine/CYA issues, phosphates, circulation/filtration problems) and implement a step-by-step recovery with clear pricing.

A: Yes-service notes can include readings, tasks performed, and recommendations. Ask us to enable email/text summaries.

Equipment, Repairs & Renovations

A: Pumps (single/variable-speed), filters (cartridge/ DE/sand), heaters, salt systems, lights, automation, valves, timers, chlorinators, and cleaners (including Riptide vac systems for debris).

A: Absolutely. We offer renovations ranging from tile/coping refresh to pebble/Quartz resurfacing, waterline mosaics, LED lighting, and above-ground spa refurbishing.

A: Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment; labor warranty typically 90 days (or as stated on your invoice). We'll register applicable products for you when possible.

Contact us and ask about a possible extended warranty we work with Pentair, Jandy and Hayward for special case by case warranties.

A: We offer priority storm recovery (extra charge).

We'll quote debris removal, clarifiers/floc, and extended filtration time if needed.

A: We manage higher bather load with proactive shock/filtration schedules and quick-turn checkups between guest stays (add-on).

A: Yes-HOAs, hotels, gyms, and apartments. We maintain logs per code and coordinate county inspections.

A: Yes-we maintain Florida business licensing and general liability insurance. Certificates available on request.

A: We follow Florida and local ordinances for wastewater, backwash, and chemical handling.
